Erin tailors programmes, and in-person or online individual sessions to each dancer’s specific needs. The focus of each session is always education, movement competency and ultimately, career longevity, while also working towards short-term improvements, such as turnout, pointe readiness or increasing jump height. Experienced in both rehabilitation and pre-habilitation, Erin’s philosophy is to empower, educate and evolve. Erin enjoys working collaboratively with artistic staff and other health professionals to support and improve dancers’ health, well-being and performance. She has links with dance physios in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, as well as Axis Sports Medicine in Auckland and Queenstown, and Pinnacle Sports Physicians in Christchurch.

Dance-trained herself, Erin completed her RAD ballet exams up to Advanced 2 level, as well as training in jazz, tap and contemporary dance. Erin holds a Master of Sport & Exercise and a Bachelor of Dance from AUT University and was awarded the Top Scholar prize in 2010 while studying for her undergraduate degree.
